Why should I book using this website?

By booking using this website you will get the best price and friendly service! You are also dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you more control over your booking as well as providing immediate response in case of your wanting to make amendments to your booking.

Do you charge card processing fee?

Please note that all credit card, debit card, eftpos payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.2% in addition to the total amount payable. American Express card is not accepted.

What are your reception hours?

Our reception hours are from 8:30am to 6:30pm. We’ll text a message to the client arrives later than 6:30pm regarding after-hours check in details. 

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

The standard check-in time is 2pm. Earlier check-in times are dependent upon room availability. If you wish to guarantee an early check-in, the room must be booked for the previous night.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, Please note that our reception operates from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. If you are running late and unlikely to arrive before 6:30 pm, please contact us on 03 9764 5050 so that we can organise your late check-in procedure by texting you a message regarding after-hours check in details at around 6pm on the day of your arrival.

What will I need when I check-in?

At time of check-in, you may be asked to provide photographic identification. If you are unable to provide such ID, your reservation may be cancelled, and you may be liable to pay us an amount equal to the full reservation amount plus any other costs incurred by us in connection with your reservation. A valid credit card or cash security deposit of AUD $200 (minimum) is required to cover any incidental expenses. Should there be no outstanding charges, this security deposit will be refunded in full.

Do you have free parking?

Yes, all our guests are provided with an unallocated onsite parking spot.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Rowville International Hotel are non-smoking by law.

Do you offer breakfast?

We regret to advise that the complimentary continental breakfast that we were offering to all our guests has now been discontinued.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we provide free internet to all our rooms. The username and password are printed at the reception.

How close are you to the shops?

We are a 5 min drive to the Stud Park Shopping Centre.

How close are you to restaurants?

We are a short walk to the Pizza Industry for the best pizza in the area, and Stamford Inn where you can enjoy a variety of activity. We are also a short drive to local restaurants including La Porchetta, Peking Land Chinese restaurant, and Mr. Biryani, as well as a series of Takeaways.

Are you pet friendly?

Pets are not permitted.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Free cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. When cancellations are received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

When you call or email to book directly with one of our hotel, a valid credit card or a $200 cash bond is required to guarantee your booking. Please note that all credit card, debit card, eftpos payments incur a merchant service fee of 1.2% in addition to the total amount payable.   You may choose to change the method of payment on arrival.

What are the age restrictions at Rowville International Hotel?

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult or legal guardian.
